When will I receive my license file? ライセンスファイルはいつ届きますか？
Your license file will be emailed from @soundrave.org, typically within 10 minutes of purchase (depending on server load). It will be attached to that email. If it hasn't arrived, please check your spam folder. If it's still missing, feel free to contact me. @soundrave.org からメールでお送りします。サーバーの混雑状況により多少前後しますが、概ね10分以内に届きます。届かない場合はスパムフォルダをご確認ください。それでも届いていない場合はご連絡ください。
How do I re-download the plugin? 再ダウンロードはどうすればいいですか？
The installer can be re-downloaded from either your Payhip or Gumroad purchase history, or directly from the Download page. For your license file, please check the original email you received at the time of purchase. If you have lost your license file, contact me and I'll resend it. インストーラーは Payhip / Gumroad の購入履歴か、ダウンロードページのいずれかから再入手できます。ライセンスファイルは購入時に届いたメールをご確認ください。ライセンスファイルを紛失した場合はご連絡ください。再送します。
