Information I Collect 取得する情報

SoundRave may collect your email address and selected language when you sign up for the SoundRave Newsletter, claim a free product such as ORORON, purchase a license, or contact me for support. Payment details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by SoundRave.

SoundRaveでは、SoundRave Newsletterへの登録、ORORONなどの無料製品の取得、ライセンス購入、サポートへの問い合わせの際に、メールアドレスおよび選択された言語を取得する場合があります。決済情報は決済サービス側で処理され、SoundRaveでは保存しません。

iOS/iPadOS Version iOS/iPadOS版について

The iOS/iPadOS version of SoundRave products does not collect personal information such as email addresses inside the app. Some products may access local files for preset or user-file management, but those files are handled locally on your device unless a specific upload or account feature is clearly provided. No preset or local file data is automatically transmitted to SoundRave.

SoundRave製品のiOS/iPadOS版では、アプリ内でメールアドレスなどの個人情報を収集しません。一部の製品では、プリセットやユーザーファイル管理のためにローカルファイルへアクセスする場合がありますが、明示的なアップロード機能やアカウント機能が提供されていない限り、これらのファイルは端末上でローカルに処理されます。プリセットやローカルファイルのデータが自動的にSoundRaveへ送信されることはありません。

Newsletter and Free Product Delivery ニュースレターおよび無料製品の配布

When you sign up for the SoundRave Newsletter or claim a newsletter gift, your email address may be used to register you as a newsletter contact, issue a product license, send a download link, and deliver a .soundravelicense file. Newsletter messages may include release news, product updates, sound examples, launch offers, and related SoundRave announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting me.

SoundRave Newsletterへの登録、またはニュースレター登録特典の取得時には、メールアドレスをニュースレター連絡先への登録、製品ライセンスの発行、ダウンロードリンクの送信、.soundravelicense ファイルの送付に利用する場合があります。ニュースレターには、リリース情報、製品アップデート、サウンド例、ローンチオファー、SoundRaveに関するお知らせが含まれる場合があります。配信はメール内の配信停止リンク、または問い合わせによりいつでも停止できます。

License Issuance and Purchase Records ライセンス発行および購入記録

For paid products and free license offers, SoundRave uses your email address to generate and manage license files. License-related records may include your email address, product name, offer/source information, license filename, issue time, resend/contact status, and delivery status. These records are kept to prevent duplicate issuance, provide license support, and maintain access to products you received or purchased.

有料製品および無料ライセンス提供では、メールアドレスをライセンスファイルの生成・管理に利用します。ライセンス関連の記録には、メールアドレス、製品名、オファー/流入元情報、ライセンスファイル名、発行日時、連絡先登録状況、送信状況などが含まれる場合があります。これらの記録は、重複発行の防止、ライセンスサポート、受け取った製品・購入した製品へのアクセス維持のために保存されます。

Downloads and Website Access ダウンロードおよびWebサイトへのアクセス

Product installers may be delivered through SoundRave download servers or third-party storefronts. Web servers may keep standard access logs such as request time, requested URL, IP address, user agent, and response status for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and basic operational monitoring.

Cookies and Local Storage Cookieおよびローカルストレージ

This website may use cookies, localStorage, and sessionStorage for essential site preferences, such as language selection, cookie consent status, and temporary dismissal of small promotional UI. These preferences are used to keep the site usable and to avoid repeatedly showing the same controls during a browsing session.

Some products may allow you to load or save presets, licenses, or user files through your device’s file system. These files are handled locally by the product unless a specific upload feature is clearly provided. Preset data is not automatically uploaded to SoundRave.

Third-Party Services サードパーティサービス

SoundRave may use third-party services for payment, storefront delivery, email delivery, newsletter contact management, hosting, optional website analytics, and basic site operation. These services may include Payhip, Gumroad, Stripe, Resend, Google Analytics, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and other hosting or delivery providers used for SoundRave products. Each service processes data according to its own privacy policy and security practices.

SoundRaveでは、決済、ストア配布、メール送信、ニュースレター連絡先管理、ホスティング、任意のWebアクセス解析、Webサイト運用のために外部サービスを利用する場合があります。これにはPayhip、Gumroad、Stripe、Resend、Google Analytics、Oracle Cloud Infrastructure、およびSoundRave製品の提供に必要なその他のホスティング/配信サービスが含まれる場合があります。各サービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーおよびセキュリティ方針に基づいてデータを処理します。

Data Retention and Deletion データの保持および削除

I retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide products, license support, newsletter delivery, security, and legal or accounting compliance. If you request deletion of your newsletter data, I will remove or unsubscribe the relevant newsletter contact where possible. Some license, purchase, security, or accounting records may need to be retained when reasonably necessary to support prior purchases, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

個人情報は、製品提供、ライセンスサポート、ニュースレター配信、セキュリティ、法令・会計上の対応に必要な期間のみ保持します。ニュースレター情報の削除を希望される場合、可能な範囲で該当する連絡先を削除または配信停止します。ただし、過去の購入サポート、不正利用防止、法令上の義務のために、ライセンス、購入、セキュリティ、会計関連の記録を必要な範囲で保持する場合があります。

No Sale of Personal Information 個人情報の販売について

SoundRave does not sell your personal information. Your information is not shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. It is shared only when necessary for product delivery, licensing, payment, email delivery, support, security, or legal compliance.

SoundRaveは個人情報を販売しません。また、第三者が独自のマーケティング目的で利用するために個人情報を提供することはありません。製品提供、ライセンス発行、決済、メール配信、サポート、セキュリティ、法令対応に必要な場合に限り、必要な範囲で情報を取り扱います。
