Email Address Collection メールアドレスの取得
When purchasing a license via Payhip or Gumroad, your email address is collected through a secure webhook. This email is used solely for generating your license file and for license-related support.
The license list is securely stored on a server and is accessible only by the administrator.
PayhipまたはGumroadでライセンスを購入した際、メールアドレスを安全なWebhook経由で取得します。これはライセンスファイルの発行およびサポートのみに利用されます。
ライセンスリストはサーバー上で厳重に管理され、管理者のみがアクセスできます。
Preset File Access プリセットファイルのアクセス
Some plugins allow you to load or save presets via your device’s file system (e.g., Finder or Explorer). No preset data is ever uploaded or transmitted; all file access occurs locally on your device.
一部プラグインでは、端末のファイルシステム（Finder/Explorer等）を通じてプリセットの読み込み・保存が可能です。プリセットデータが外部に送信されることはありません。
iOS/iPadOS Version iOS/iPadOS版について
The iOS/iPadOS version does not collect any personal information, including email addresses. Some plugins may access local files for preset management, but no data is transmitted externally.
iOS/iPadOS版では個人情報（メールアドレス等）は一切収集しません。プリセット管理のためにローカルファイルへアクセスする場合がありますが、外部送信はありません。
Third-Party Services サードパーティサービスについて
For license purchases, I use Payhip and Gumroad. These services are required to protect your data to a level equivalent to this policy. Please refer to their privacy policies for details. I require third parties to maintain the same level of protection for your data as described here.
ライセンス購入にはPayhipおよびGumroadを利用しています。これらのサービスにも同等のプライバシー保護を求めています。詳細は各サービスのプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。第三者にも本ポリシーと同等の保護水準を維持するよう求めています。
Data Retention and Deletion データの保持および削除
I retain the email address collected for license issuance only for as long as necessary to provide license support and fulfill my legal obligations.
If you wish to request access to or deletion of your personal data, please contact me at s.knife0317@gmail.com or via the Contact page. I will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
ライセンス発行のために取得したメールアドレスは、ライセンスサポートの提供および法令上の義務を果たすために必要な期間のみ保持します。
